My Role
Starchild was produced for my Bachelor's 2D Game Design class — a semester-long project where I served as Producer, coordinating art and design deliverables to hit a hard academic deadline.
Working under a tight semester timeline required constant scope awareness. I kept the team focused on the vertical slice: what had to be polished, what could be cut, and what needed to be done first.
