My Role
VHS was my Associate's capstone — a horror vertical slice built in 10 weeks. I served as Producer: setting the sprint cadence, managing scope, and keeping three disciplines moving in sync under a fixed deadline.
Ten weeks is not enough time to build a game. The job is figuring out exactly what is enough time to make something good, and then protecting that. I made fast scope calls, communicated clearly when things changed, and shipped on time.
